What changes in your restaurant with Resvity.
Five jobs that eat into your time today. For each one, why it matters to you and what Resvity does, as it works today.

The whole floor at a glance
Why it matters
Service gets messy when someone thinks a table is free and it isn’t. When the whole team looks at the same tablet, nobody needs to ask, and nobody has to stop to answer.
What it does
- Every table shows whether it’s free, booked (and for when), occupied or needs clearing, in words as well as colour
- Seat a booking, move it to another table or seat a walk-in: three taps at most
- Nothing asks you to confirm, because anything can be undone for five minutes
- Late arrivals and guests who haven’t turned up yet are flagged automatically
Included in Pro and Basic
Bookings on your own page, no commission
Why it matters
Every booking that comes through your page is one less phone call mid-service. And guests remember your restaurant’s name, not a booking platform’s.
What it does
- A page with your logo, colours and typefaces, in your choice of four designs
- Guests pick the day, the time, the party size and the table, in that order
- They can pick their table on the floor plan, or tap “Choose for me” and carry on
- Your menu, dish by dish, with the fourteen allergens EU rules require
1. The day
2. The time
3. Party size
4. The table
5. Confirmed

No table sold twice
Why it matters
A double booking means a party at the door with no table, and you standing there explaining.
- 1
If two people book the same table in the same second, only one gets it. The other sees it’s gone and picks another.
- 2
A 23:30 booking is still at its table at 00:30, and Resvity won’t offer that table again just because the date has changed.
- 3
A day you close is properly closed, online and for the phone bookings you enter yourself. Before you close it, Resvity tells you how many bookings it already has.
- 4
The floor plan and the booking list can’t disagree: every table’s status comes from the same bookings.

The numbers your notebook can’t give you
Why it matters
Without numbers, you remember a week by how it felt. With them, you can see which days fill up, how many people don’t show and where there’s room to change a shift or a table.
What it does
- How many people are coming today and on each of the next seven days
- What share of bookings didn’t show or cancelled over the last 30 days
- With Pro, how long each party stays at each table and how long it sits empty in between, counted from real bookings
- With Pro, how many guests return within 30, 60 and 90 days, which days and times fill up, and where small parties end up on big tables

Included in Pro
More guests, coming back
Why it matters
Someone who has found you once is the easiest guest to see again, and a good Google review brings in new ones. Pro gives you the tools for both.
What it does
- Waiting list: on fully booked days, guests add themselves from your page, and your dashboard tells you when a table that suits them frees up so you can call
- Three NFC cards included for Google reviews or Instagram follows, made by Resvity in the design you choose
- A QR code for each table, under your brand, linking to your menu, your page or anywhere you like; we print them for you (free the first time) or you print them yourself
- A loyalty programme: set the rule and the reward, and the tablet tells your team when someone who’s earned it arrives
Resvity does bookings and the floor, and does them properly.
It doesn’t charge your guests anything, it isn’t a POS, and it doesn’t run several venues from one account. We’re telling you now so you don’t find out later.
We’ll show you Resvity with your own tables.
One call: you tell us how bookings reach you today, and we show you how your restaurant would look on Resvity, Pro or Basic. Nothing is signed on the call.
